i plowed an area, and i cant fence anymore cuz the block was plowed. how do i get it to turn back into grass?

Wait - It'll turn back into whatever tile it was before, it could take quite some time for this to happen
Lay Stone - Will turn it to stone, ALL fences should be on Stone, this makes them decay slower
Plant Grass - Requires one SEED in your inventory, will turn it to grassland

how do i lay stone?

Buy the Stoneworking skill, chip some stone from a nearby rock, Adventure > Landscaping > Lay Stone. Click on the paved or grass tile you wish to lay stone on. One stone will pave one tile.
