At number six i read that keys for a wall are very bad, especially giving keys to everyone (that's what i wanted to do, but now i found out i'll be a dumbfuck if i do that, lol). Well, if keys and gates of a palisade are very bad for the safety of a village, how are ppl supposed to enter then?

There's no easy solution. Each villager may want their own personal palisade round their houses, while the village proper has a large palisade for the villagers in general.

This maybe is, or wait this really is the dumbest question ever, but at number 5 it says to build an crossroad OUTSIDE to the village. But isn't it possible to also go in from the crossroad? Or am i so dumb that i don't get what they mean with crossroad? So, can pls anyone explain thiz?

Well the cheiftan or the lawspeaker can build cross roads for inside that lead outside, I advise right near the wall for very low travel weariness lost.
