What is the best way to request a new mine?

Also, what kind of requirements are there, so I dont unintentionally make a spurious request?

Don't worry about it..
It's an unfinished game so it's not like it's an abnormal thing to ask.
Devs are quite busy with all the new people around, but it should not take long.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

There are no requirements, the dev's are typically pretty accommodating in mine creation.

Best way to request I've seen so far has been to create a rune stone with "mine here please" engraved on it and then pm a dev asking them to turn it into a mine
