aiming speed

i have a ql 10 bow ql 5 arrow and level 20 marksmanship.
will i aim as fast as a person who has level 5 marksmanship but the same equipment like me?

You aim faster but not so much that you'll notice a huge difference. Just remember that bow quality x2 = max marksmanship that you can take advantage of. Arrow type and quality only effects the damage you deal.

You'll aim as if you had 10 marksmanship, because your arrow quality is holding you back.

Higher quality materials. This means high quality stone (Acquired from mountains at some points, depending on quality nodes there) or high quality bones (high survival skill and bigger animals), and higher quality branches (high quality planted trees). The hardest of the three to obtain is a high quality tree to get branches from, as that involves many generations of tree planting to perpetually get higher quality seeds to plant to grow into higher quality trees to get higher quality seeds from again.
