Looking to start a community.

I've found some nice land with decent Q soil, right by the water. Every type of terrian in less than 30 seconds away by boat.
I would like some neighbours or start a nice village.

If you'd like to join, let me know.
a few rules~ dont litter the land, dont create tree genocide...,dont steal...always trade.
If you are new, i'd be willing to help you out.
