English Tribe Starting

I'm an English speaking player based out of Las Vegas. I am currently located near Dead Wood and Asuka. I had a village in world 3, but the other players stopped playing, so upkeep went from about 20 people down to only 3 of us. I don't want the main responsibility for a town, just to help it grow and build it up. If anyone is interested in starting one around here, give me a heads up.
