Looking for small/medium village to join

I'm a fairly new player looking to join a small or medium sized village.
I'm looking to specialise in farming and possibly cooking.
Not sure where abouts I live on the map as I haven't been able to find myself but I live close to the Crossroads village.
My time zone is GMT +00
