LF good village that will give me protection and has 0 criminals (no thiefs, vandals and murderers inside and outside of village)

Requirements:
to be able to give me a lot of space (yeah I will make almost everything by myself)
have good resources: clay, water and soil
have access to iron mine and it must be close preferably inside village walls

mining, farming, hunting, loyalty, help if needed in any kind of way if I have time...
