Section One: The Introduction
- The Federation of Barbaric Peoples also known as the T.F.B.P. is an organization filled with individuals, smaller groups/organizations, towns, cities, nations and other forms of the organization of the masses. (We are more or less an alliance of various peoples who follow common law and have the same goals)

Section Two: Our Goals
- Our main goal is to spread organized and planned carnage against The Impudent. Our secondary goals currently are to deprive The Impudent of military and economic power along with using the seized funds from The Impudent to fund our efforts.

Section Three: How We Will Accomplish Our Goals
- We will accomplish our goals through the training of every single member to be able to hold their own in a skirmish with The Impudent, to be able to defend their loved ones, property and to help them prosper.

Section Four: Our Organizational Structure
- Within The Federation of Barbaric Peoples four people will be chosen to run The Legislative Branch of the T.F.B.P. they will be known as The Representatives . The President (Leader) shall remain the same at all times until he feels the need to resign and he has the right to appoint his own successor or allow the four representatives of The People to choose. The President may appoint as many cabinet members as he/she deems fit. The President will administer all elections and decide when a new election may take place. The Representatives may create new positions and branches of the government, they may also veto any of The President's decisions if they have unanimous agreement. They may also make any law they deem acceptable with a 3/4th majority as long as it does not conflict with this document. The President may force the resignation of any representative if a majority of The Representatives agree. The President may also change or get rid of any law he deems unfit as long as he/she has a 3/4th majority within The Legislative Branch. The President has the final say when it comes to anything military. The President and The Representatives may also order a trial to commence on any specific individual or group of individuals. The President can if he/she deems fit, create another branch of government. Everything that was not mentioned within this article, is under the discretion of The Legislative Branch as long as it does not harm The President.

Section Five: Our Laws
- The Laws of Our Organization:
1. Thou shalt not steal from a member of The Federation of Barbaric Peoples.
2. Thou shalt not attack a non-impudent without a reason that they (The Attacker) considers logical and thought out.
3. Thou shalt listen to The President and not question The President's decisions.
4. Thou shalt not kill any member of The Federation of Barbaric Peoples without a trial of said individual first ruled over by The President or a judicial appointee of The President.
5. Thou shalt not commit treason.
6. Thou shalt not disrespect a government official or besmirch the name of The Federation of Barbaric Peoples.
7. Thou shalt obey The President along with any laws created by The Legislative Branch that does not conflict with The President or this document.
8. Thou shalt be able to defend thy self and The Federation of Barbaric Peoples at a moments notice.
9. Thou shalt report The Impudent/Non-Impudent who cause trouble.
10. Thou shalt obey all current laws and disregard all repealed laws.

Section Six: Consequences For Breaking The Laws
- If any current laws are broken, the guilty will be put on trial and their fate is up to The President or a judicial appointee of The President. A fate may be undone with The Presidents discretion or a 3/4th majority in The Legislative Branch.

Section Seven: What We Support
1. We support planned and organized carnage.
2. We support the destruction of The Impudent.
3. We support allied groups to The Federation of Barbaric Peoples.
4. We support the destruction of the weak with a reason that is logical through the attacker's eyes.
5. We support The President.

Section Eight: What We Frown Upon
1. We frown upon genocide (Genocide-...systematic killing of a racial or cultural group...)
2. We condemn the use of glitches.
3. We frown upon the belittlement of women.
4. We condemn The Impudent for being so impudent... (Impudent- marked by casual disrespect; "a flip answer to serious question"; "the student was kept in for impudent behavior")
5. We frown upon not supporting The President.

- Our vision is of a strong world without weak leadership and without weak states. We want a strong unified world.
