it becomes up for grabs. (grabbed it to keep it safe till cindy can get it back.) anyone that is part of the village that is, if not need auth to drop below 50K

So say I had 125k authority and I was the ls and only had 1 other person (alt) my alt would be the only 1 to be able to grab ls right?
