Have some sense. He is (assuming this is not a troll) trying to set up an alliance between between factions, not start a faction. If he were, I would have already moved this to DnT.

Let me make a few clarifications. We are more or less a loose association of groups, individuals and towns formed together into an alliance of sorts. Every member of The Federation of Barbaric Peoples will follow the laws and later on we will appoint people to make sure they do where we have large groupings of people. Currently we are using the honor system and it is for people who like to pillage, plunder and not get the crap beat out of them. If you do not agree with me oh well and The Impudent are basically people who do not follow our laws. Also I used peoples because it indicates multiple races, ethnicities and etc; it is correct English.
