So, I started playing at the outset of world 5, since it seemed opportune. Now I'm sitting in my small timber house on the edge of a river, with various landtypes nearby. Of course, I was trying to get Yeonmanry so I could carve out a small hole for myself in case I couldn't find anyone to pal around with or if someone wanted to come hang our in my area, so I did.
So now, I'm wondering if anyone, preferably someone with some experience, would be wanting to come set down in my general area and give me a hand. Now, I immediatly poured everything into Yeomanry, so I have yet to attempt to pick up any real form of production or specialization (I WAS originally a farmer-like character, but I was killed by an Auroch.) What I would really like is someone who can farm, and someone who can metalwork/mine, and then a leatherworker/clothmaker/ other general stuff. Of course, I'll end up picking up one of these too, so we don't need all of them.
Of course, if anyone would like to see if I'm in their area, as unlikely as it, we could compile and share our maps, assuming you have one, and hopefully try to determine where we are in relation to each other. I do know that there's a fairly large area surrounded by a palisade to the north of me, and I've been walking around villages (or village-like settlements) for the last three days anytime I tried to go ANYWHERE, so who knows.
If anyone's interested, just shoot me a PM. I do know where a few nearby resources are, such as a cave and some fish.
Oh, I'm also in a GMT -6 Timezone, in case anyone wanted to know. That's US Central, for people who refer to it like that.
