Experienced player LF village!

I've been playing w5 for about 3 days now, and I feel its time for me to renounce my hermit lifestyle to join a suitable village.

About me
Personality: Helpful and task orientated, chatty. I don't like sitting around doing nothing when there are things left undone.
Character info: 170k lp gained (Full industry).
Country/Timezone: Singapore/GMT +8 (having villagers online at odd hours is a good thing for your village :b)
Available hours to play: Very active, play about 3-6 hours daily, dependent on rl activities.
Game Experience: played w3 as a farmer/explorer/prospector (found copper and tin) and w4 as a miner/tamer(found iron) with a rl friend, familiar with all aspects of gameplay except pvp combat.
Preferred role: Forager/Hunter/Fisherman/Miner, also open to other roles you need me to fill (I have full industry)
English ability: 10/10

What I'll like to know about your village (Please PM)
Most important criteria: I like to talk, and I prefer to join a village where there will be at least one person in the same timezone so I don't feel too out of the loop
Have mid quality resources (around q50)
Any personal plot alloted, and size
Any feuds with other villages?
Leadership style, is it strict/or people are allowed to do whatever they want within reason? (I'm a team player, just don't expect me to be your personal slave mmkay?)
Village policy on stealing/theft.
