Looking for village with good athmosphere

I am player who was playinf since last year and been in and out villages so i used to it and i'd like to join one(preferable with 10+ players and mine but anything will be good) i am not a thief and murderer i don't like it, i am used to doing everything so i can take any job. I am also willing to start village. Please write if you want to.
