Hey there and welcome to the forums. When you want to find a village or recruit villagers yourself, please use the Dwarves&Thieves subforum.

Usually you don't just ask for people's hearthsecrets, but rather write a little bit about yourself and what kind of town you want to join. Then maybe some village will send you a pm and explain to you how their recruitment works. You can also browse this subforum to find villages who are currently looking for new members.
