No crap, straight to the point.

Cooks.

We need either a male or female cook, both sexes welcome to avoid cheap humour.
Requirements;
Needs to keep ten tables of food updated as often as possible, you won't be the only one working on this job, it is supported by other members of the village, but we need a dedicated soul.
Should you accept the role of cook, you'll receive higher quality armour, curios, and of course food than the rest of the villagers, to protect your lovely bucket full of chef-y knowledge.
100+ Cooking, with our rate of curios, this'll take no longer than 3 days.

Room for 1 cook.

Ranchers.

This is no broke back mountain, but your sexual orientation doesn't matter to us.
Requirements;
Needs to be able to tend to our cache of 20 animals, sheering, milking, feeding, mating, slaughtering, and keeping the quality on the rise.
Should you accept the role of a rancher, you'll receive higher quality armour, curios, and cattle orientated produce from your production fields.
100+ Survival, with our rate of curios, this'll take no longer than 3 days.

Room for 1 rancher.

Farmers.

Being a farmer might get you a lovely farmer's wife, there's no such thing as a lovely farmer's husband, however.
Requirements;
Needs to be able to work our medium sized fields to supply goods and assorted goods to the general populace/cooks.
Should you accept the role of a farmer, you'll receive higher quality armour, curios, and farm produce dependent goods.
60+ Farming, with our rate of curios, this'll take no longer than a day.

Room for 2 farmers.

So to recap, we need 4 people, 1 cook, 1 rancher, and 2 farmers.
Consider our village, we're quite well established and you could become to same.

Why do you need 160+ farming (right now)?

Even the upper-tier villages won't be seeing q160 crops for another couple months.

Not that it's that hard to get 150+ of any stat nowadays, just seems like an odd thing to include.

We have Q160+ soil.
