Looking for a new-ish village

I began playing some time during world 4, and enjoyed my time, changing service providers threw me off my experiance, and i spun back into Eve Online which i play along with H&H (god bless ye dual monitors) i am based in the UK and can devote 2-3hr's a night consistantly. I am 16 but please dont let that put you off, we arn't all bad. Pre-internet collapse i was in a small village, whose name eludes me at this moment, so i've had some experiance of cooperating in this massive world, beyond that on Eve Online i am a member of a 100 man corporation, which is based in null security and frequently pvp, pve and turn profit, ideally i would like to find a uk based village but i dont know whats out there, my character isnt particuly note worthy, within game so if its ok, i would start again.

I am thinking of making a new village It wont be a new-ish, it will be completely new, so you would probs be the the ex-mayor or something, and im from the UK as well
