Most villages seem to use a traditional "build a big wall, everyone lives and does everything behind that wall".
I thought it might be a cool idea to have a different type of village, that is, a heavily fortified interior with things like communal ovens, hearth vaults, etc, but basically everyone lives around that, and can seize land around that to do whatever they want in. Think natural expansion.
I am an experienced player. In World 4 I was involved in the starting up of a successful village. Some of us were pretty addicted, and from the moment the server started we were playing like Koreans, 12 hours a day, fishing for PER for our rustroot guy etc. But when the village was started up, I didn't really like living in the walls. I gradually moved outside of the village where I could have my own space and land to farm. I was still 100% part of the village though. Live in Europe, play from anything from 5pm to 2am.
Any villages like that? I'm a dedicated player and would love to join a village, I can do most tasks, just, as stated, would prefer to do most of my stuff outside of the walls.
