Small hamlet looking for villagers

Searching for people who can help me expend my small settlement in a busy village. I got a storage full of different kinds of seed for a big farm in the future and work on getting the right stuff to build a mine.

Requirements:
People who live in the Central time zone
Active people (on for at lest 4 or more hours)
Need to know what you can do for the settlement

Update: Well I have now three other people helping me now but am till wait for more people to join. We got some farms up and have alot of food in storage. Am till work on the mine. Hope that more people would love to help me expand.
