New Player looking for a Village

I'm new to Haven and Hearth and enjoy it a lot. However, even though I began only a few hours ago, I can already tell that the experience would be a lot more fulfilling if I were part of a village. I'm very new/green and I do not understand many of the game's mechanics. Nevertheless, I would enjoy joining a village and making some friends. Here's some facts about me to help others to better understand where I'm coming from.

I'm 20 and attend college.
I'm mature and entirely against griefing.
I live in the US (EST).
I'm just looking for a small, possibly new community to play the game with.

Well, I was about to invite you to the village I was making, then logged onto my "character" and realized I had created the same name with a space after it, with a character the same gender... then also realized that character and the other person in the village was mauled by a boar, when we went to get some chickens for food......


So, I'm attempting to make a new village, but if you would like to help, once I make a hearth fire, you can try to come and help? We're trying to rebuild the village, obviously in a different location... but would you like to join?

I'd suggest looking at the Emerald City recruiting thread. it sounds like your philosophy/age and everything jibes with Emeralds. Tell her pain sent you.
