Should be in the inn, unless you plan on joining, or in congress if you plan on fighting them once you find out who.

imo It's pandemonium, but i havn't really seen many "big" villages alive lately :?

yeah i wasn't really sure which thread to put it in and i thought pandemonium too cause its the only "superpower" ive heard of thats still active
