i finally got used to the basics of the game and im ready to start over with a new character and live in a active village if you know one can you please tell me how i can join and where it is

You're best bet is to go to the Dwarves & Thieves forum and read how to make an effective post, then put one there. Only those looking for help or willing to provide help usually bother reading this.
