Any RP-ers here?

I'm pretty much aware that HnH is probably the wrong game for this, but asking cannot do any harm I think.

Are there any role-players round here?

I'm not interested in a full-blown city but a few people (let's say 3 to 4) that roleplay this iron-age setting in a Germanic landscape, at least I believe that was what the developers had in mind. I'm also very aware that security will be an issue, first for the actual settlement but even more about what people to accept. I reckon the location of a RP-group of new characters will draw some interest from the riff-raff that usually lives in free to play PvP games ...

Yeah wrong game sadly, in fact some people are pretty pissy about rp'ers, labeled incorrectly as larpers. It's still a good game if you are willing to look past the possibility of having a strong player fucking up your hard work.

I could role play your death. Honestly though, the game has a lot of potential, as everything in the game is player made, including the lore, and history of towns and people. Just by playing you kind of carve your own little legacy. For example, in w3 I was given KlauE's sword, a notorious pvp'er and well known for some russian Jihad, so I liked to play out the russian blood spilt by the sword when ever I could.

I am the proud leader of a friendly Roleplay community that provides a safe atmosphere to its members to play in. Our town has about 5 active players and a brick wall, ensuring that the outside world cannot harm our playstyle for giggles.

Our motto is that everyone is welcome, we do not discriminate, and everyone is allowed to have fun. We have a strong focus on community and as such, we offer many fun communal activities throughout the day.

Our roleplay community also worships various deities, and we hold various festivals throughout the year (festival around Easter, etc). We try to have as much fun as possible in this game, and as such, we stay out of politics. This has provided our town with peace and safety.
