Beginner searching for a village

Hello everyone,
i'm a beginner with HaH and i am searching for a smal village, because it sucks to play alone HaH.
I live in the Netherlands (time zone +2) and i'm 15 years old. Ofcours it would be nice if it is a Netherlands village, but it doesn't matter. If you speak English it is okay. I have no idea what information I have to give more.

Any questions?

i 'm in thailand so my time zone is [GMT+07:00] bangkok hanoi jakarta and i have all require skills for beginner
