Hello, H&H. I am a new player looking to work on a new settlement so I can learn how to get through the game at an easier pace. I'd prefer that the settlement be new, and small.. And I'd prefer to do most of the building because the game lags a little too much for me to do any sort of Hunting.

That being said, my timezone is Eastern Standard, and I'm not very experienced at all, having read Jackards and Sevenless' guide.
