I'm not interested in joining, but I'm suggesting you give jobs more relevant to how Haven and Hearth works. I'll advise you add the following to the list: a trader, chef, hunter/forager (multiple), cheese maker, silk maker, and a ton of fighters (can also be treated as hunter/foragers when unneeded). I'll also advise cutting it down to one person for lumber jacking, and also make that job description more hinting on that person being responsible for raising good quality trees for your village. Explorers, fishers and builders are all pretty bad jobs tbh. Exploring is unnecessary, fishing isn't exactly something done in mass, and builders are part-time jobs (which quite frankly aren't needed if you get the villagers to pitch in).

I hope you enjoy your stay playing this game, it can be a very harsh one to people starting out.

Good luck.

Age: 19
Job: Explorer
Time Zone: EST, US
Noob or a pro: Mid pro
Why: I'm really kind of lonely..
Boy or Girl: Boy
Have you been a leader before: Yes, I was a cheiftain of a previous village. I've played for a really long time.
If so were you good at it: Yep!
What did you think about it: It was fun to be a leader. But I don't want to be too bossy otherwise people may rebel, however I know that if you're not bossy enough, nobody's going to listen to you.
I loved the job, I kept up with the village, my own work, and helping others. My village-mates were great too and that's what I'm looking for again, a good village to be a part of.
If you have any more questions about me, let me know.. thanks!
