desperate need of a farmer

My village needs a farmer really bad. we have 2 farmers but neither of them are online very much. our farm is pretty big and we have a variety of crops. since our village is still small and is on a personal claim the farm is outside of the palisade walls. a house is being built by the farm and the farm is claimed.
further more we also need a chef.please pm me if your interested

a farmer farming outside a palisade is dangerous.
if you have a small place, you do not need large fields.

everyone needs a farmer....no one wants the job
