Breathing Space

Whoever owns Breathing Space, a little statue in the middle of nowhere, I accidentally dropped my boat containing my life's worth (a bunch of seeds and some other things) on your owned space. I'd really like it back plz but I can't lift it

If he could destroy the statue he would be able to pick up his boat (as village AP would be below 50K)....and if he had theft he could also just pick up his boat.
