Dear Detective Ishi,

Sorry about battering you, I was tracking somebody for a friend and I thought you were the perp instead of the real one. You're fine, just battered twice. I hope this doesn't hurt relations too much.

In congress is better for that kind of topics imo.

Mmk, would a mod mind moving this to In Congress Assembled?

---------------
Well, one of my friends had been stolen from recently and I was helping him by tracking the perp for him, since I was running low on scents I did some guesswork about where he was which lead me to the camp Ishi was at. Since I was using track perp and he was the only person there apart from another one of my guys, I assumed it was him and attacked him. Mind you, there was a bear stalking the camp about that time so he hung around one area because the camp was a cluttered mess where the bear was. Before I killed him for good, I tracked perp again and lo and behold, it pointed in the direction I was going instead of at Ishi. When I had KO'd him the first time, he said "Oh." "So thats how it is" and went AFK apparently. When I disengaged him after realizing my mistake, he logged out instantly. He's pretty much fine, down about 15-20 HHP but apart from that fine.

So, yeah, Ishi, I'm sorry about what had happened.

I don't entirely know, he claimed to be a hermit with a shitty camp, however, when I got there he had a clusterfuck of houses and atleast 2 dozen hearths there. Beyond that, he's just some guy who stumbled across my place earlier today.

ill post it.

i was exploring south, found these "nice" gents, i asked them if they minded if i got some dragonflies from their swamp, since it was so close to their camp, they said no problem.
Jacob said he'd give me some tin, so i met one of his guys outside his palisade, and they gave me 3 tin bars, i was overjoyed, and they asked to kin me, i had no problem with it.. stupid on my part.

i headed back home, dreaming of the glasses i could make, and our smith could actually get off his lazy arse and make some metal stuff, etc.
i left him to make the crubicle to melt em into nuggets while i enjoyed a tv show and some food.

i came back about an hour later, and found a bear in the camp, told the smith to head in his house, and cowered in my log cabin.
i peeked out to see that it moved slightly to the east so i grabbed the crubicle, because the smith put so much work into it, and went back inside.
then i peeked back out, and saw uh.. i don't remember what his name was, another one of jacob's villagers, he was just making small talk, and going inside our houses, he didn't have any weapons.. so i wasn't worried.

The bear got our smith a bit later, and the guy was asking for his stuff, since "he doesn't need it, hes dead".. i got a fishy feeling at that point, as the villager continued to go and look inside our crates and houses, but then jacob showed up, and i figured he was going to help with the bear or something, we talked for a couple minutes, then he walked up and smacked me with his sword..

i asked him if this is how it was, and he just said "heh.", i proceeded to log out to try and save my character, as i just died and didn't want to end up with even less lp to go around, etc.

i came on an alt, to see if they were still here, and about the bear, i didn't see them anywhere, but i didn't want to log back into my main, in fear the bear or jacob would take off the rest of my hhp..

I think we are going to relocate, i don't feel safe here anymore, our place is too big, and we don't have a palisade, we expanded too quickly..
It's mostly my fault this happend to the camp, i was too trusting, i failed you guys, and im sorry i've wasted all your work.

thanks for reading, and jacob, if this was just a misunderstanding, i still can't trust you, you know where we are now.. and that scares me.. :|

also our camp is pretty shitty.. we just have a lot of people building houses everywhere for no reason ;p

You took your specs back, remember?

Ishiku wrote:-stuff-

It was actually a misunderstanding, if I wanted to kill you, I could've. I completely broke your defense, KO'd you AND did 10 HHP damage the first sting. You only managed to log off because I dropped combat with you on my end.
