Are you talking about Hippievillage or the ones that destroyed Hippievillage? Or both?

Well, Alpha was probably referring to this thread:

Do you want see right through the devil's eyes?
You must have seen the ground where they all stood before
I was a young man then, I was a young man then
Spending my time on the killing floor
Be more than you seem to be
Joy of labour sets you free.

I have met those people from Mytishi too... and it was not a good encounter.

I was sailing on my boat, exploring and tryng to meet new people when I came across their town. I said hello nicely while staying in my boat outside their palisade, they were 3-4 people inside, and I asked them if they were traders and if they would trade some basic supply with me (I am an hermit and a noob so I was tryong to establish contact with some nearby town).

They pretend to search for a forum name, so we could keep in touch, and asked me to wait. So I waited in my boat on the water like a duck... only to realize, too late that they were not that friendly.

Last thing I know I received an arrow and was KO instantly. Then they start to insult me in english and russian... "fucken bitch" (sic). Etc.

Fortunatly I was able to escape, and did not died. Thanks to my noob leather armor. But well. I can certainly confirm that those are extremly agressive people. And trickers.

I wish you good luck (too noob to help I supppose).

Yea, you should always be moving if someone has a bow out, and if you move while they are aiming, their character will keep looking at you. You can ask them to put their weapons away if you want, that will normally show you if they are hostile right away.

Thanks for the advice. I just realized aiming at a moving target is way harder. And it is nice to know when somebody is trying to shoot you. :D

But I won't bother asking them to put their weapon away next time... I'll get myself out of this asap.
