There is absolutely no need to have super hi q clay/water in a cave to build a wall around it. Just a 20-30q spot is already worth it (cause u anyway should block the cave from inside). The difference is in few bricks and they are going in huge piles from said spot.
Or an underground lake with fish near cave exit.
Or simple a q10 water supply if there is no river near the cave exit on the surface.

There is nothing at the other side of the wall, the wall is there because there is a cave entrance leading to Prism village, no high Q resources, no nodes, just a cave exit.

Huh, whoever connected all those caves may want to start a club.

My SG is dug through and through underground, connected caves span indefinitely. Unfortunately, I know who did it, and they are not super friendly. While I was exploring and mapping similar connected mines (when these guys dug into my cave also), I came by a lot of villages and hermit claims that did a mistake of not palisading their cave exits - all of them were raided. I seem to be the one of the few people who decided to protect their mine exits, so my little camp is still intact. Later, I met one of these guys and he told me they did it (thankfully, we were both on alts, so there was no killing spree and I managed to talk to him).
