I didn't realize that was your intention, in that case I would inform you, Diamond Rangers is still property of Narnia.

So can anyone tell me if it would be ok to move on in? Seeing that this place is a complete shit hole... There are just so many broken down villages. Since I am starting over with a friend that I got to join this game, I would like to settle in one of these villages and rebuild them.

I wouldn't recommend it, since Taar is waking up again, they already raided again so you might wanna avoid their place. Just saying.
