Leaving those vaults also doesn't help the game. Owners of that vaults continue to use same bugs against other people over and over again.
Destroying that vaults and killing those people with their own bug over and over again would wipe them out of game.

Let me put it a different way. Attack, steal from or any other way negatively approach anything from a 2 minute old russian n00b to a full on russian city and WATCH if Seriphos and his goons aren't at your gate a day later. he HIMSELF said in one of my threads that behind every russian noob is the full Russian alliance but if we non-Russians want to align, that's not ok? Fuck that! They are running rampant across the game world destroying town after town using BUGS.....hmmmm..... BUGS but when someone tries to stand up against it we are big bad racists or whatever? I would just like to add a historical note here... during world war 2 all people of japanese heritage were interned in the USA. When questioned about this.. and whether there was any evidence of any anti US measures by these people, an army official replied that no there was no evidence, but the fact that there had been no evidence, was in itself suspicious....
