I'm fairly sure I picked up agro on Caudra as soon as I k.o'd the bear cape guy,. I could of dropped upon hearing Phil's " STOP " and picked it up later in the conversation.

No, Leonardo started raiding one of our outpost's, and Xybb happened to be inside, Xybb pvp'ed him and Leonardo ran off
I got there just after, but I could just have imagined Xybb in his farmer hat and bronze plate chasing this guy in full steel and dragon helm
