I don't understand why loftar is so concerned about that. If somebody is sign-griefed out of their village then it should be fairly simple for them to break in from the outside and clear the signs. Forms of griefing that take far more effort to do than to recover from tend to be self-limiting.

With the greatest of respect to the devs, at this moment in time, they either dont have the time.. or the will.. to do anything about the problems of wall jumping. I guess we are stuck with it.

The question then is.. do we walk away.. or find some way of building a defense to it that would at least make it hard work to get into?

The idea we have been knocking around is a 50x50 box brick wall around the village.. with gates into each box section. At least three box sections would have to be filled with signs along with a similar or bigger area outside the village.

This would take a shit load of work.. and we arent sure yet if we want to do this.. but would it work? Please tell me how this could be got past before we start something that is gonna take a helluva lot of effort.
