If there was paid stuff, it would be in developers' best interest to advertise it as much as possible, not keep it some kind of "secret". Think about it yourself.

i know a few "lineage2 freeshards" admins, and i know mechanic of donations. always exists two ways - announced gifts (usualy decorative), and a "special secret" gifts for a rich donators.

And the actual question should not be "why am I so sure". Question is why *you* are sure that this has something to do with donations, even after it was clearly demonstrated on russian forum that this kind of valut can be built in a very short period of time.

The big thing is alot of people do care about donations, alot of people hate the idea that someone can donate to get ahead and the idea of it happening in the game they play offends them.
Anyway, this fort is not a donation fort and the only thing that makes it special is the location. A brick wall of that size is very easy to make in less than 9 days.
Donations give you nothing here.
