If scammers can be outed by mods, there should be a formal notice about it, maybe in the rules. See, I did this thinking it was a scentless crime. If people can be "tracked" for doing things like this they should at least get a warning. It was the seller's fault for not being careful enough. I talked to Satori on an account that was a day old and had made no posts on the forums. I told him that I wanted to trade for 1000 points worth of stuff and I showed up at his village with a butt naked noob, and he still put everything in the chest before receiving payment. If tracking IP's is part of the game, then using proxies is part of the game as well and all of this should be on the wiki. Otherwise, it's like having exploration without stealth. The thieves have no chance. Do you see what I'm saying?

They explicitly out alts on the forums to prevent people from being deceitful with their arguments and post counts. Jackard and Burg tend to be the ones who do this the most when people are using alt accounts to post in the same thread or to evade bans.
