When you report a major bug Jorb might give you a cape for it (which is purely cosmetical and has no in game advantages). Jorb is a bit lazy when it comes to handing out capes, so the reason it might look like Sodom has gotten more capes than anyone else is that we are usually persistent about this and send him messages until he recognizes the bug/hands over our damn capes.

There is usually no ressurection of characters.
