All you have to do to scare them away when they try to attack your village is dress up some alts in cheap steel armor that have rage and then warp them outside your walls. Aggro them and run towards them, and they'll run away.

It only takes 2-3 alts, really, they're a bunch of pussies.

Today, while boating I found scents on a river (assault and battery) with a red boat on the shore, nearly destroyed. Guess were they lead me... those roadville guys sure are some peaceful farmers.

Also, they are expanding hard north. Their town is pretty huge now. Make you regret that those who raided Taar didn't finished the job there too.

What would have wanted them to do to "finish the job."

I mean destroy their infrastructure. Kill the cattle, destroy the crop, empty the cupboards... just destroy everything they can to set them back. Like they did in Taar.

Oh right well when we invaded Roadville the first time we did do some looting, destroying and cattle killing but not enough I guess. Not to mention mining out an entire gold vein. You would think all that would set them back quite a bit but I guess not enough to stop raiding.

We did these things short of breaking the actual cupboards and stuff. We could have also broke all the steel crucs and other stuff sure, but it wasn't really worth it at the time.
Mostly was after stuff to take, wasn't paying too much attention to stuff to drop. We also didn't bother palibashing into all their other areas, too lazy, maybe next time. The collective raids took a few hours and by that point that we were at Roadville, we weren't exactly looking to stay up another few hours to make sure we got 'everything'.

Few hours = 6 hours .

There's a ton of shit I would have done if we didn't spend so much time at Taar. I didn't get to steal/destroy all of High Hill's herb tables. Didn't get to raid their tree farm across the river. Didn't grief Dwarven Village enough as I wanted to. Didn't fuck up Huiberg as much as I wanted. Didn't fuck up Citadel of Diamond Rangers, Empire, etc etc. as much as I wanted to. Didn't even raid Mytishi village even though it was planned. Nor did we raid a few vaults that we knew about.

Raids take a longass time, especially if you're looting a place with a lot of goodies. Even if there are a lot of things you really really want, you reach a point where you say to yourself, "This is too much."

So this sort of shit happens. You regret it later, but at the time that you chose to just destroy it all, you know you have taken a bit more than you can chew.
