I'm not surprised in the least. You forget the average human displays the intelligence of a mentally incapacitated house fly. I don't mind due to the great entertainment factor. Although , I would much prefer not to share the highway with the average human.

Not sure about the states, but the same thing is going on in Canada. Except, the amount of loans/bursaries/financial aid is rising at a proportionate rate to tuition increases. It's actually a form of price discrimination. Rich? Pay the full ride. Poor? University will give you a discounted tuition/financial aid etc. Lets em milk the richies for money while still getting the modest amount off lower income people.

Howdy yall well down where I live I am disqualified for grants and loans due to the fact that i'm Caucasian yeeeehawww I done need to roll around in some mud and dirt at work and pretend to be one of them Hispanics to get that free college stuff! I aint meanin to be racist or nothin, I work with plenty of hispanics who are nice fellows being a construction worker and all, but this system is rigged for the whites.
