A mid-tier combatant should be able to handle this unless something else is amiss.

I didn't see her physical character because she was not within the "Visable" Zone of the game, but I saw her combat picture. There is a difference between male and female, mostly hair using the original client. When she rung out that shot, I saw her picture, female with long red hear and a brown bow wearing what looked like linen shirt. Thats all the details of her equipment I could see

What gets me is how she can see past the rendered range of the game, zooming out is one thing but there is a limit of how much the game renders at a distance. She was past it

iirc its possible to do via moving before they aim at you. ex: click a tile 15 or so from where they are currently standing with the character you wish to shoot in sight, and once you start moving to your destination bring up the aiming menu

You can start aiming right away and just ctrl click to move out of sight.

Wouldnt she have dropped more than one scent if she was moving or atleast the scents would be in different places? There was one Battery and murder scent in the same spot, almost wedged into the palisade wall.

Yea all I saw was her battle GUI picture.

ah maybe it may have something to do with modding. (without modding, cant see the difference of m/f with helms on.)

Likely took aim, moved to a very hard to reach area, waited and sniped.
By the looks of it, the time it takes to shoot at the person seems to be very long, thus expect the assailant to have incredibly high marksmanship to the ranges of 600s maybe?

To one shot a person with a arrow, even if they are fully armored, how much perception and mm would you need?

Scents are harder to find if the person exploits the terrain to her advantage.

Has to be, no way a normal player would be able to accurately and definitely kill (not sure if anyone got killed) with a single shot, on a armored opponent.
Likely is using a modified client to view you further away, and started aiming.

I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of botting or macro was used for that character to gain that much stats anyhow.

From what I saw, she had no helmet on. It clearly looked like a Red hair female with a brown bow wearing a linen shirt.

First shot missed, second knocked me out Despite sprinting, third killed (All the while out of render distance)
