Yeah, clear it all up... there was a gap between his wall and his cliff, and we tried to use a chair to squeeze between it. Yes, if there is a hole in your wall, I will be inclined to try and fit through. Also there village claim never covered the village.

Just make two or three charterstones outside their gate with ram or build them on your inner wall for like 30 tiles distance
