There is no action because
A. The RUA ( Oh sorry NNN... my bad ) is to scared to go out and fight pande
B. Pande doesnt feel like waithing 24h by a RUA vault

Seriously, if you think you guys are so good then have a major battle somewhere. Pande vs. RUA on a battlefield, no more hiding and we will see who the better fighters are and who just use bugs to win.
