I've been made to understand that they've used a bug to get in once already, but I'm unsure if that's true. They haven't breached us with the ram yet, but it'll be done by morning.

Here's a couple of ideas:
Hit Control + Print Screen and Paste to MS Paint then post a screenshot so we can see some action and/or what's actually happening and this thread can stop being 5 pages of suck.

Also, players of the game? There is no point in building palisades. These morons who are currently destroying my town got in through some bug that required neither a house on the perimeter, nor a ram, or any other known bug for access. Basically, you are NEVER safe.
