i dont know if this is realted but yesterday read on ru forum that they wanted to take over some spot soil .. like u said - 65 ql and they need to banner some noob village right next to it...

Pandemonium is a major village faction with veteran players and is considered one of the largest village base of the game. Currently, they are at war with the faction Notorious No Namer (or NNN).
