There is a village, on the same island, to the norht of Roadville, thing is, their village happend to gone abandon, now what could of done this?

Roadville isn't on an island, they are in between supergrids.

The raid on Broholm was done by Portgas, if I'm not mistaken. But we can go ahead and pin the blame on Roadville, if that appeals you to your liking. ;)
