Which factions? For all we know, Bell can go there and do it again because it amuses him though not so likely unless he wants to make enemies with his allies

I don't believe that the RUA and Bell are necessarily allied to the point where Bell will stop griefing just because RUA is allied with them. There are many splinter groups there, and all enjoy being shrouded so even knowing who if it's a single group doesn't say much to it's protection.

We actually ended up beating up burgi's friend instead of anyone important. Didn't kill though.

how bell was able to move through all that
lag so well...

and how it happened to hit right before they
appeared on my screen and right as they were
to appear on Vigilance's screen... and how it
is that everyone to have faced bell talks about
the lag that occurs =o

very interesting indeed... but still maybe only
a tale..

also
sad that i never got to see what i taught the
pandas actually go into use because none were
on at the time, or that would have been an
interesting fight
