As sab says, now you have a challenge. Go and hunt those guys down it might create some actual drama.
H&H is more than the open PvP part Phades, but of course also more than a simple quality grind too. When you are in a bigger, well functioning village you usually get to experience all parts of the game without having to invest too much energy in only one of them. With its complex social and political simulations plus the permadeath part you should have known that it is not simply open PvP where people rush at eachother all day long (simplifying this to: Everyone is a carebear herpderp isn't gonna cut it either). There are however enough people who think like you. Just build a ram at Klaues vault, they will come out then to fight you. Or I know of some russian and polish villages which enjoy raiding people all day long and usually they have pretty bad security. Lots of targets left if you are really serious.
Anyway, good luck to you guys. Have always been some of the cooler guys I had the pleasure playing with.
Oh hi hi Burg

I'm aware of the aspects of a larger village. But it just goes to further prove my point. With all the assistance and ability, the larger villages rarely act. They do this out of fear of retaliation. I may be wrong, maybe there are a ton of fights that people don't post about here.. that could be true. If that's the case, then I'd like to join one of those villages and get in on those fights

I've played many games where politics is a huge part of the game. The politics play such a large role mainly in part because of the huge carebear influence.
In real life, you try not to fight. You do your best to keep the combat out of it and to resolve things peacefully. We do this in real life because of the nature and value of life and the fear of loss. The permadeath further simulates this and entraps the players making them fearful of death and pushes them to stay away from combat. This type of game will bring out the french in all of us!

But, it's just a game. If players did not fear loss, then politics would not play such a large role. Less carebears, more fighters imo.
