It was reported by goons in w3 iirc, thought it was fixed. Loftar could just fix it after it was reported and not wait years, forget it, and fix it later when something happens.

I've talked to loftar about both a bug tracker AND changelogs, to which his response was "I'm too lazy".

So, anything new since 2009? There's always some excuse. Hey, I know "It's an alpha", haven't seen that one used in a bit.

I remember seeing things about someone trying to jump Sabinati in a trade. That was outright hilarious at the time because I saw him as something of a penultimate HnH war god in w3. It is hilarious to see that referenced as a great victory.

Probably the penultimate HnH war god part. Afaik he was just the best fucking trader in the world, period.

Didn't know him as a war god at all. (not to say he wasn't capable, just never heard of that one...)

It was closer to when I had just started and he was the first person to ever trade with me in nople. He came dressed in a suit of full plate in comparison to my leather armor. It burned into my mind that he was just an amazing fighter. The fact that he was also a prominent forum persona didn't help to dissuade that.
Further on I began to idolize Avu as a master Tactician and DataSlycer as the best fighter in the game. Whether these perceptions had any basis in reality is another thing in entirely.

well, "raftable ram" is coming after the next restart, which would enable you to camp for just 8+ hrs till breaking in. loftar hasnt announced it officially yet, but some have already talked about it on the forums and i take it most everyone knows now since it was on klaue's thread. also, this is informed on IRC, so every one of you had a chance of knowing the info, nothing to do with IP or sodomites stuff.
as a matter of fact, someone was planning to use this coming "raftable ram" to destroy this vault
(most likely because of crf/mirigod crap, and not boshaw, i hope)

i actually asked loftar if he would mind anyone posting on a forum thread to track bugs and fixes/patches, and his reply was kind of yes because that is like giving some kind of power to certain posters for announcing...or along that line or whatever, i could have misinterpretted what he said. (being a non-native english speaker can be handy sometimes xD) so i gave up on posting whatever i heard from him directly on chat. those who would like to know can always go check logs.

anyways, i hear devs are planning superb updates sometime after jorb finishes moving and get more time available
