So, if i will decide, that tobbaco seed bug is overpowered some alliance, that will remain my own opinion, but nice guys from Sodom could put the word in the right ear, and world would be wiped.

I can't even get a cape after actually reporting bugs, 3 of them (unlike AD, who never did such things).

There's a big difference. If you're sitting on q100 clay you know enough about the game to get your teeth kicked in and come back from it. IF it really looks like a newbie, we usually let them go and buy the spot or something, we've done it before.

You have to also consider that most of these places end up revealed and end up a struggle between the two major clashing factions in the game. We leave you there long enough, this 'Russian alliance' of sorts will come take it over.

Well, didn't really address the seed prayer there, but it's a logical extension of that chain of thought and I did protest against it in the Inner Party.
